He is survived by: his wife Judy Stephenson; his brother Kenny Cates; his sons, Todd and Matthew; his children-in-law, Lori and Kim; and his grandchildren, Caitlin, Duncan, Mackenzie, Ethan, Adam, Kevin and Emily. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
