It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Wooddell of Athens, Ohio, who passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson D. Wooddell and Evelyn C. Wooddell; his parents-in-law, Charles M. and Dolores J. Hayes; and his brother Jackson C. Wooddell.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Hayes Wooddell (Stevie); his children, Tyler Hayes Wooddell (Kathy) and Lindsey Clark Wooddell; his grandsons, Josh Wooddell and Caleb Wooddell; his siblings, JoAnn Currey (Wayne) and James F. Wooddell (Jane); and his siblings' children, Greg Currey (Robin), Doug Currey (Beth), Heather Wooddell, Matt Wooddell (Andrea), Laura Hooper, Melissa Cheatwood (Jeff), Shelly Storm (Shane) and Molly Webb (Jeremy).
Flowers appreciated, however, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to OhioHealth Hospice (Athens) or a charity of your choice in Bill's memory.
