He is survived by: his mother Geri Mitchell; his stepfather Mark Mitchell; his sister Leslie Davis (Kevin); his stepsisters, Michelle Lemmon (Dave) and Suzanne Justice; his nieces, Karli Davis and Bailey Davis; his step-nieces, Kate Lemmon, Isabella Russo and Mayzie Justice; his great-niece Blair Davis; his aunt Sandy Baker; and his cousins, Brad Baker, Brian Baker (Shelly) and Blaine Baker.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hughes Funeral Home (168 Morris Ave, Athens, OH 45701).
The family is requesting no flowers or arrangements, but to please donate to your favorite charity in Chad's name instead.
