He was predeceased by: his parents, Edson Hawk and Mary Linscott Hawk; and his siblings, Marilyn Hawk, Carolyn Hawk, Mary Fenton, Lewis Hawk and Donald Hawk.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Ware Hawk; his children, Debra Webber of Grove City, Cheryl Beaty of Cisco, TX, Donald Hawk (Patty) of Columbus and Chuck Hawk of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Mica Hawk of Columbus, Cindy Hawk of Columbus, Ian Hawk of Columbus, Brian Haag of Pickerington, Kevin Haag of Columbus, James Beaty of Texas, Christina Grimsley of Texas, Christopher Beatty of Texas and Holly Hawk of Texas; and his brother-in-law David Fenton of North Bloomfield. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
