It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Mayles of Athens, Ohio, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his stepfather Mark VanDyke. He is survived by : his parents, David Edward Mayles (Debra) and Jennifer Jean Walraven VanDyke; his daughter Hadley Marie Mayles; the mother of his child Megan Myers; his siblings, Roger Rutter (Missy), Lisa Huston (Rick), Heather Carter (Ed) and Amy Wolfe (Jason); and his stepsiblings, Isaac Standley, Amy VanDyke, Ashley Farley (Jeremy) and Jessica Standley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
