As David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David leaves behind.
He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Stevenson and Kathie Rice Stevenson of Jackson; his wife Pamela Patton Stevenson; his children, Samuel Stevenson (Emily Greer) of Memphis, Michigan and Erin Stevenson of Athens; his sister Melissa Kingrey (Troy) of St. Mary's, Ohio; and his mother-in-law Sandy Patton (Gary Pratt) of Athens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
