She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Hunter and Mildred Meek Hunter; her husband Darrell Larry "Jiggs" Brown; her brother Larry E. Hunter (Mary); her parents-in-law, Vaughn and Bereda Lonas Brown; and her siblings-in-law, John Edgar Brown, Dana Lee Brown, Bobby Brown and Betty Andrews.
She is survived by: her children, Debbra Jean Riggs and Dennis Lee Brown of The Plains; her brother Garry E. Hunter (Becky) of Athens; her grandchildren, Stephanie Eldridge (Ben) of Marion, Jason Riggs (Courtney) of College Grove and Travis Brown of Athens; and her great grandchildren, Drue, Drake Riggs of College Grove, Asher Eldridge and Ellie Eldridge of Marion, Illinois.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
