He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Edward; his grandmother Olive M; and his father Herbert C. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Stout Miller; his children, Britton S. Miller and Eloise M. Miller; and his siblings, Ian C. Miller, Lee Bess, Bryan H. Miller (Carmen) and Ardath M. Miller (Sara). He is also survived by numerous stepsiblings, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to his children's college savings plans.
