He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Barnhart and Garnet Barnhart (McDonald); and his siblings, Russell Barnhart, Frank Wood, James Barnhart, Bill Barnhart and Geraldine Teal.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly McDonald (Jessie Barnhart) of Athens; his grandsons, Garrett Barnhart and Marvin McDonald; and his siblings, Randy Wood, Russell Wood, Earl Wood, Steve Barnhart, Jess Barnhart, Rosie Ryan, Annabelle Proffitt, Linda Mount, Betty Hunter, Debra Koon, Dorothy Mount and Toby Wycoff.
