He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sayre Collins; his children, Melody Meneely (Rick), Gary Collins (Crystal), Melissa Cominsky (Will) and Amy Conrad; his grandchildren, Darren, Amber, Cami, Josh of James, Krista, Jared and Collin; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Macey, Izik, Tucker and Casey; and his sister-in-law Geneva Collins.
