He was predeceased by: his parent Charles E.; his grandparents, Vern Hunsicker, Catherine McBride Hunsicker and Margaret I. Dunnett Ashworth; his nephew Troy Hawkins; and his aunts and uncles, Helen Thompson, Karen Addis, Nellie Schwinne, Jack Ashworth and Charles Ashworth.

He is survived by: his parent Margaret Ann Ashworth Hunsicker; his sisters, Theresa Hartley of Athens and Linda Hunsicker of Lancaster; his daughter Melissa; his aunts, Sandra Goldsberry (Larry), Mary Helen Sussman and Nancy Sheets; and his uncle Bill Ashworth. He is also survived by several grandchildren and a great-grandchild; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
