He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Keirns and Ruth Balch Keirns of Virginia; his wife Helen Ann Roush Keirns; and his brothers, Leonard Keirns and Louis Wayne Keirns.
He is survived by: his sons, Rocky Keirns of Guysville and David Keirns (Tracy) of Athens; his granddaughters, Nicole Crum (J. R.) of Coolville and Sarah Keirns of Guysville; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Harmony Crum. He is also survived by several sisters in law, a brother in law, nieces and nephews.
