He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis R Gloeckner and Viola "Vicky" Riley Gloeckner; and his mother-in-law Margie Keiffer. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his brother Dale Gloeckner (Lisa); his children, Ken Thompson (Tracy), Brock Gloeckner (Pennie), Brent Gloeckner (Michaela "Mikey") and Heather Yerian (Steve); his grandchildren, Heather, Bub and Amber; his stepgrandchildren, Amanda (Josh) and James (Beth); Zack and Kara.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Christ the King Church (141 Mill St, Athens, OH 45701).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made the Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home, for funeral expenses.
