She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Owen and Nancy Coe Wingo; her husband Richard "Wayne" Dailey; and her children, Richard "Dick" W. Dailey, Jr., William "Bill" C. Dailey and Susan Carol Mace.
She is survived by : her daughters, Sally Stump (Dave) of Albany and Nancy Chiki (Jeff) of Athens; her sister Phyllis Garrett of Bradenton, FL.; her sisters-in-law, Joan Hawk of Athens and Susan Jeffers of Athens; her daughter-in-law Sheila Shafer of Albany; her close friends, Connie, Dave Ross of Lancaster and Katie Rousey of Palmer, AK.; her siblings, Charles O. Wingo, Jr., James V. Wingo, Gilbert V. Wingo, Nancy Joanne Garrett and Helen J. Wingo; and her children-in-law, Randall H. Mace and Brenda K. Dailey. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
