She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hart (Charlie) and Helen Beitelschies Hart (Pete); and her brothers, William Hart (Bill) and Charles Hart Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Blaine Alan James (Robin), Regina Cuckler (Mike) and Chuck James (Tracey); her grandchildren, Olivia Funk (Jeremy), Chaz Cuckler, Chanda Brooks (Jared), Tiffany Welsh (Rich), Taylor Lisle (Cortney) and Colton James; her great grandchildren, Blaine, Alastair, Victor, Logan, Lane and Rory; her sisters, Shirley Carr and Rita Spencer; her sisters-in-law, Geneiva James and Joann Hart; her close friend Roger Mace; and her husband Blaine A. James Sr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Rising Suns Pharmacy or the Athens County Food Pantry in her honor.
