He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Park Dougherty. He is survived by: his father Charles Bernard Dougherty of Garnet Valley, PA; his children, Ethan Dougherty, Hailey Dougherty, Riley Dougherty and Ellie Dougherty; the mother of his children Chasity Brant Dougherty; and his siblings, Jim Dougherty, Tom Dougherty and Martha Durham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
