She is survived by: her mother Teresa Holcomb Conner; her husband John Smith; her children, John Smith Jr. (Shyanne Jones), Nicholas Smith (Robbin Carroll), Kevin Smith, Nathan Lax and Amanda Lax (Chance); her grandchildren, Zyla, Donivan, Willow, Ava and Leila; her sister Candy Conner; and her siblings-in-law, Chuck Smith Jr. (Laura), Theresa Comer (Michael Thurman) and Mary Fick (Doug).
