He was predeceased by: his parents, Howell Kitchen and Alma Kitchen; and his brothers, Dillard and Weyman Kitchen. He is survived by: his wife Diana Joy Kitchen; his children, Diane Thomas (Ken) of Mineral Ridge, John Moore (Vicki) of Atwater, Jim Kitchen (Beth) of Brimfield and Tony Kitchen (Rae) of Randolph; and his siblings, Richard Kitchen, Jerry Fickle, Betty Matheny and Lynda Kitchen. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom he adored: eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
