She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Perigo and Ann E. Perigo (DePetro); and her siblings, Lucille Champ and Angelo "Butch" Perigo. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Brian Lee Brookhart (Sarah Barron) and Carey Ann Colella (D. J.); and her grandchildren, Avery Lauren, Adrienne Sophia, David Riley and Adalind Rose. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
