We announce the death of Barbara Merritt Pizzi of Aurora, Ohio, who passed away on August 2, 2026, at the age of 79. Barbara will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Traylor Meritt and Loren Merritt. She is survived by: her husband Nicholas G. Pizzi; her son Sean Merritt; her grandson Beck Wulf Merritt; and her sister Peggy Shunk. She is also survived by her family, friends.
