He is survived by: his spouse LaVerne; his children, James (Denise), David (Beth) and Laura Smalheer (Mike); his grandchildren, Eric Meehan, Kevin Meehan, JB Smalheer and Tyler Smalheer; his brother John (Judy); his brother-in-law Clifford Krukemeier (Vera); and his sibling's children, Ben Meehan (Christina), Joe Meehan (Kristen), Kelli Milos (Mark), Greg Krukemeier and Michael Krukemeier (Brenda).
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (29850 Euclid Ave, Wickliffe, OH 44092).
