Philip L. Potter Obituary
We announce the death of Philip L. Potter of Aurora, Ohio, who passed away on October 23, 2026, at the age of 91. Philip will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn; his brother Harry M. Potter (Eleanor); his close friend Phyllis Grumney; and his parents, Harry Potter and Phyllis Potter.
He is survived by: his children, Philip W. Potter and Susan Radcliff (John); his grandchildren, John, Colin, Brandon and Sarah; and his brother-in-law William Whitman (Kris).
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Busch-Romito Funeral Home (Formerly Johnson-Romito Funeral Home) (9819 Darrow Rd, Twinsburg, OH 44087). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Aurora Cemetery South Aurora (146 S Chillicothe Rd, Aurora, OH 44202). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Aurora (146 S Chillicothe Rd, Aurora, OH 44202).
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in Phil's name to The Church in Aurora Music Department.
