He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Cochran and Merrill Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Missy; his daughter Helen Ross; his son-in-law Greg Ross; his son Thomas Franklin Cochran Jr.; his daughter-in-law Michelle Cochran; and his granddaughters, Haley Ross, Reagan Cochran, Riley Cochran and Reese Cochran. He is also survived by in laws, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
