With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol S. Christy of Austintown, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sommer and Evelyn Sommer (Duft); her son Gary R. Christy, Jr.; her sister Janice McSorley; and her daughter-in-law Tammy DeMarco.
She is survived by: her husband Gary R. Christy; her daughters, Susan Broadwater (Mike) of Cincinnati and Jeanine Christy of Austintown; her grandchildren, Thomas Pallo and Chelsea Haltam (Sean); and her great grandchildren, Lyla and Shae. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or AKESO Hospice in Carol's memory.
