He is survived by: his parents, Grant Wagoner (Nancy) of Florida and Lynn Musgrave Wagoner (Edmond) of Youngstown; his children, Charles Wagoner Jr. of Youngstown and Ceara Wagoner of Youngstown; his niece Kiayah Wagoner of Youngstown; his half-siblings, Austin Wagoner of North Carolina and Bianca Wagoner of Florida; his stepsiblings, Edmond McElroy III (Paris) of Youngstown, Zeno Glover of Florida, Nichole Hewlett of Youngstown, Kayla Dustman of Youngstown, Melisa Peterson of Florida and Ashley Glover of Florida; and his grandparents, Lois Musgrave (Hixon) of Youngstown, Vivian McElroy (Underwood) of Struthers and Dennis Wills of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
