He is survived by: his wife Britteny King; his parents, Jennifer Hostutler and Edwyn Hostutler; his sons, Christopher Anthony King and Carter Michael King; his brothers, Jeff King, Nick King and Joe Ryan; his stepsiblings, Edwyn, Courtney and Shayna; his grandmother Carol Ryan; and his niece Eliana Ryan.
