She is survived by: her mother Bonnie MacKendrick (Parry) of Austintown; her husband Ted Kerpsack; her sons, Nicholas Kerpsack (Dominique) of Boardman, Jarrett Kerpsack (Danielle) of Columbus and Jacob Kerpsack; her stepson Trenton Kerpsack of Los Angeles; her brother Todd MacKendrick (Holly) of Fowler; and her niece Shayla.
