The memory of Ella L. Bevan of Austintown, Ohio, who passed away on April 26, 2026 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samford Moore and Ella Moore (Kempke); her siblings, Betty Hall, Dorothy Anderson, Samford Morre, Jr. and Walter R. Moore; her daughter Christina T. Guzzo; her stepchildren, David Bevan, Ruth Ann Connor, Sandra Chapman and Susan Kaufman; and her great grandchild Kenzie Grace Guzzo.
She is survived by: her sons, Nunzio M. Guzzo of Youngstown and Michael F. Guzzo, Jr. (Michele) of Austintown; her granddaughters, Ella Maria Welsh (William) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Mary Theresa Guzzo of Austintown; her stepsons, Ernest Bevan, Jr. (DeDonna) of Struthers and William Scott Bevan of Florida; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Lisa, Danielle, Heather, Matthew, Brian, Renee, Scott, Samantha, Jessica, Brandon, Ashley, Katie and Aaron. She is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home (5797 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (1420 Oak Hill Ave, Youngstown, OH 44507).
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Mercy Health Hospice of the Valley Hospice House, 9803 Sharrott Rd., Poland, OH 44514, in Ella's memory.
