Varney (Austintown, Ohio), born in Brookings, South Dakota, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Selken and Clara Selken; her husband Harold L. Varney; and her children, Harold J. Varney and Julie M. Varney.

She is survived by : her daughter Carol A. Varney of Austintown; and her sister Dorothy Swearingen of Roseville, CA..
