He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Allen and Maxine Allen (Burchfield); and his nephew Michael Kinmann. He is survived by: his wife Claudia K. Allen (Smith); his daughter Amanda Hecker (Philip) of Bellefontaine, Ohio; his stepson Ronald Dressel, Jr. of Bloomfield, NJ; and his sister Barbara Martin (Gary) of Urbana, Ohio..
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (2305 S Canfield-Niles Rd, Youngstown, OH 44515).
