He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kaluza and Anna Kaluza Sr. (Shipek). He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Zetterquist; and his children, John Kaluza Jr. and Karen Cutlip (Leo). He is also survived by four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
