She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Wharmby and Marilyn Wharmby (Olson); and her husband Douglas H. Bortmas. She is survived by: her siblings, Diana L. Hamm (Rick) of Pulaski, PA and Ronald Wharmby (Lisa) of Girard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (3300 Canfield Rd, Youngstown, OH 44511). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Zion Lutheran Church in Loretta's memory.
