She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Boughner and Julia Reagan Boughner; her husband Donald Leonard; and her siblings, Frances Fecko (George), Rita DeCapito (Philip), Irene Berard (Ernie), Joanne Flannery (Robert), Wanda McCullough (Herman), Donald, Francis, Raymond and Joe Boughner.

She is survived by : her daughter Patricia Garltic of Struthers; and her grandson Ronnie Allega of Cleveland, Ohio..
