He is survived by: his wife Janet Anderson; his daughters, Lisa Kalosky (Richard Jr.), Jennifer Squibbs (Michael) and Michelle Hamilton (Adam); and his godson Jimmy Shurilla. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
