He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Petrosky and Rose Petrosky (Capuzello); and his sons, Samuel "John" Petrosky II and Bradley Ronci. He is survived by: his former wife Tammi Ronci; his children, Tammy Petrosky of Grandville, OH, Nicki Beil (Joe) of Austintown, OH, Vivian Dickerhoof (Matthew) of Austintown, OH and Ryan Petrosky (Rachelle) of Mineral Ridge, OH; his stepson James Catheline Jr. of Lowellville, OH.; his brother Tom Petrosky of Austintown; and his pets, Zoey and Phoebe. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
