He is survived by: his brothers, William F. Kovalchik Jr. (Christina) and Dennis E. Kovalchik; and his nieces and nephews, Kenneth W. Kovalchik (Amy), Michael R. Kovalchik (Karen), Claudine Kovalchik, Robert Kovalchik (Tracy), Jill Kovalchik (James) and David Kovalchik.
