He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Kampfe and Agnes Kampfe; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his siblings, Rosemary Whitener and Douglas; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Herrick. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
