In the vast expanse of eternity, may Patty find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Fish and Barbara Fish. She is survived by: her husband Lynn; her daughters, Allison Bosley (Alex) and Lindsay Kovach (Kyle); and her siblings, James Fish (Marie), Paul Fish (Jennifer), David Fish (Betty) and Susan Lynch (Dennis). She is also survived by four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Avon Lake United Church of Christ (32801 Electric Blvd, Avon Lake, OH 44012). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
