She was predeceased by: her former husband William J. Pivacek; her husband Anthony Rich; her daughter Jane Cole; her parents, Edward Crump and Elizabeth Crump-Buttle; her stepfather George Buttle; and her brother George Crump.
She is survived by: her daughter Laura Doll (Robert) of Sheffield Township; her stepson Kenneth Rich (Kathy) of Lorain; her granddaughter Emily Cremidis (Alex) of California; her stepgrandson Dale Kiesling (Rachael); her sister-in-law Mary Jo Blumenshine (Jack); and her niece Leslie Zuk (Barry). She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
