She is survived by: her brother Jeffrey Hastwell (Cheryl) of North Royalton; her nephews, Jeffrey Hastwell (Brittany) and Kevin Hastwell (Brittany Rasmussen); her niece Anna Hastwell; her great-niece Maria Hastwell; and her great-nephew Leo Hastwell.
