She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kowalczyk and May Ella Kowalczyk. She is survived by: her husband Anthony T. Selvaggio; her children, Brittany Diaz (Edwin), Rickie Ramos (Ainiz) and Brooke Mylechraine (Zac); her grandchildren, Jade, Juliana, Austin, Aubrey, Bailey, Maeve and Mark; and her siblings, Robert Kowalczyk (Rochelle), Jay Kowalczyk (Cathy), Kim Richmond (Glen), Mark Kowalczyk and Kris Mangol. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
