It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwayne E. Lewis of Avon, Ohio, born in Medina, Ohio, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Lewis and Frederick Lewis; and his sister Dawn. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his son Tyler Lewis (Taylor) of Port St; his grandson Colton Lewis of Hanover, PA; and his brothers, Darin Lewis (Chris Runkle) of West Salem and Dean Lewis (Dottie) of Winder, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
