He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Dzurenko and Michael J. Dzurenko; and his siblings, John Dzurenko, Mary Yingling, Ann Peters, Veronica Kick, Rita Coleman, Michael Dzurenko, Margaret Byler and Joan Plishka.

He is survived by: his wife Joann Dzurenko; his daughters, Christine Taylor (Robert), Jeanne Cilenti (John) and Sheryl Maida; his grandchildren, Emma Taylor, Ian Taylor and Sarah Chinta (Krishna); and his sister Theresa Shandor.
