He is survived by: his wife Tina; his sons, Joe (Danielle), Ryan (Brandi) and Nick; his brothers, Bill (Janis) and Mark (Pam); his grandchildren, Cian, Raelin, Devan, Odin and Noah; his father-in-law Bill; his sisters-in-law, Terri and Traci (Joseph); his nieces and nephews, Sarah (Peter), Jonathan (Ashley), Chelsea (Erick), Matt (Kelsey), Ryleigh (Joe), Brooks (Ciara), Joey, Ivey and Sophie; and his goddaughter Carly.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Mike's name to a charity of your choosing.
