He is survived by: his spouse Rev. Lee Anna Kelley; his daughter Heather Costello (Mick); his grandchildren, Jace, Leo Hokanson, Josie, Emma and Ruby Chozinske; and his siblings, Patricia Bittner (late Thomas), Ray Kelley and Roy Kelley (late Judy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
