He is survived by: his mother Polly Dean Todd; his wife Patricia Horton Todd; his daughters, Sherry Harvan (Matthew) and Victoria Dean Haag (Keith); his grandchildren, Megan Leigh Harvan, David Todd Harvan and Kaitlin Marie Haag; his great grandchild Aurora Selene Michaud; his brother Randy Todd (Lisa); his siblings-in-law, Peggy Horton and Bob Horton; his nieces, Stephanie Wong (Joe) and Kristin Todd; and his nephew Cody Todd (Tracy).
