She was predeceased by: her parents, RoseMary Hornyak Magdalene and Joseph Hornyak; and her brother-in-law David Costilow. She is survived by: her son Joshua Heiman (Bethanie Taylor) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandson Nikolai Heiman of Cincinnati; and her siblings, Rosalie Costilow (Marie Horn), Joseph Hornyak of Avon and David Hornyak of Elyria. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
