He was predeceased by: his father Louis Cohen. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Albers Cohen (Albers) of Avon, OH; his brothers, Dave Cohen (Steph) of Boulder, CO and Darren of Amesville, OH; his nephew Sam Cohen; his niece Leah Cohen; and his former wife Angela.
