She is survived by: her sister-in-law Linda Cook of Amherst; her sibling's children, Vanessa Cook and Richard Cook (Samantha); her great-niece Lily Cook; and her great-nephew Xavier Roberts.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel (3224 Broadway, Lorain, OH 44055). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
