He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary; his granddaughter Lucia Bozza; his parents, Raymond Shaw and Wilma Shaw; and his sisters, Nancy Kim, Shirley Gilbert, Sandra Fulton and Patricia Shaw.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Shaw of North Ridgeville, Daniel R. Shaw of Avon and Patricia Shaw of New York City; his grandson Joshua Howard of Columbus; and his sisters, Wanda Swelbar of Cadiz and Linda Bates (Mike) of New Mexico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
